The Role: Customer Care Associate

You’ll provide outstanding support to customers, restaurant partners and business clients, helping resolve issues related to Group Orders and Passport — Sharebite’s flexible meal-benefit solution. It’s ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, solving problems and working in a fast-paced remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide customer support through email and phone.
• Assist customers, restaurant partners and clients across Group Orders and Passport.
• Troubleshoot order issues, escalations and customer concerns.
• Guide customers through the products and operational processes.
• Follow established customer-care procedures and workflows.
• Work closely with teammates and leadership to maintain high satisfaction.
• Share customer feedback and identify ways to improve products and processes.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years in customer support, customer success, operations, hospitality, fintech or another customer-facing role.
• Excellent written, verbal and phone communication in English.
• Strong empathy and a customer-first mindset.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Strong teamwork and accountability; handles escalations professionally.
• Preferred: experience in fintech or payments (not required).
